Structure Scan II

The Structure Scan II unit utilizes Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and high tech software to determine the locations of items below the surface, but in less time. No other NDT technique can image concrete as quickly and safely as this product. GPR is a proven technology of finding hidden objects in the ground, this "locating" can include utility mapping of electric, gas, water and sewer lines.

One of the key advantages to using the Structure Scan II unit, is it's ability to provide inspections during regular business hours and without the need to evacuate the area due to potentially harmful hazards. This procedure can be carried out quickly and safely without interruption of day-to-day operations.

The Structure Scan II unit locates all post-tension cables, rebar, PVC, wiremesh and all other conduit in up to 18" concrete.
